| SAIL SAIL is an outpatient Center for the treatment of Alcohol and Drug Abuse or Dependency. SAIL offers DWI assessments, Drug and Alcohol Education, Latino services, as well as several levels of treatment for the Chemically Dependent. Each clients is given a comprehensive Substance Abuse Assessment and is placed in the appropriate level of treatment based on the criteria recommended by the American Society of Addictive Medicine (ASAM). SAIL substance abuse treatment programs utilize the Matrix Model, which is evidence based, as well as utilizing a 12 step orientation.
